L30b This Corporation was incorporated under the Freshwater Fish Marketing Act, 1968-69, to regulate interprovincial and export trade in freshwater fish and to establish the Freshwater Fish Marketing Corporation. For the purpose of enabling the Corporation to carry on its operations under the Act, section 16 provides that the Governor in Council may authorize the Minister of Finance on such terms and conditions as may be agreed upon:
  1. to guarantee repayment of loans, and interest thereon, made by any bank to the Corporation; and,
