CrowYukon First Nations have an Aboriginal right to self-determination.  This right includes a right to exercise authority over the use and development of resources within their traditional territories.

These rights are recognized and affirmed in the Constitution Act (1982).  They are Wolfbased on the unique historic and spiritual relationship of Yukon First Nations to their traditional homelands.
