A businessman, hunter, and trapper, from 1920 to 1945 George Johnston documented his life and that of his community - moments both lighthearted, as well as auspicious. A museum in Teslin bears his name, and his work is held by the Yukon Archives. Carol Geddes, a distant relation, documented on film Johnston's obscure, yet remarkable life, which challenges prevailing notions of First Nation's people.
