I was one of the researchers, designers, and developers on this project. I also helped organize a database used to located books and verticle file articles located in the Placentia Area Historical Collections.

This project has been a great learning experience for me. It has taught me that I have a strong ability to work independently and also as a cooperative team member. This project has given me hands on experience in the use of the Internet and in the design and development of web pages. I now have the knowledge of creating web pages using HTML code.

If you would like further information about my education and work experience, I am listed on the National Graduate Registry: http://ngr.schoolnet.ca. Also you can e-mail me at: tculleton@yahoo.com.

I hope you enjoy our web page on "The Early History of Placentia". I believe this project is a useful tool for the people of present and future generations to learn about their history, culture, and the ways of life of the early settlers in the Placentia area. It was a knowledgable and fun project to design.
