Ease of switching and reason for difficulty in switching providers

There are two graphs on this figure, the first titled “How easy or difficult it was to switch service providers” is a vertical bar graph showing the proportion of people who found it easy and those who found it difficult.  The 152 respondents who changed service providers in the last two years answered as follows:

• Find it easy (5, 6 or 7), 79%
• Find id difficult, (1, 2 or 3), 13%

The second graph, titled “Reasons for difficult switching” is also a vertical bar graph showing the extent to which each reason was applicable to the respondents.  The 19 respondents who found it difficult to switch answered as follows:

• Technical issues, 49%
• High cost of ending contract, 14%
• Difficulty retaining phone number, 8%
• Could not get the phone you wanted, less than 1%
• Don’t know, less than 1%
