• Aggressive sales practices, 23% extremely concerned, 25% very concerned, 27% somewhat concerned, 17% not very concerned, 48% extremely or very concerned
• The amount of competition in the telecommunications sector in Canada, 19% extremely concerned, 22% very concerned, 29% somewhat concerned, 20% not very concerned, 41% extremely or very concerned
