- Denied claim: 66 percent
- Overall satisfaction was higher among frequent claimants
- Frequent claimant: 87 percent
- Non-frequent claimant: 76 percent
Overall satisfaction was highest among clients in Atlantic Canada
- Atlantic Canada: 87 percent
- Quebec: 78 percent
- Ontario: 75 percent
- West + Territories: 75 percent
Overall satisfaction increases with age
- Seniors (60+): 84 percent
- Adults (31-59): 77 percent
- Youth (18-30): 71 percent
Overall satisfaction was higher among clients who did not have a disability
- No disability: 78 percent
- Disability: 63 percent
Overall satisfaction was higher among less-educated clients
- Some high school: 84 percent
- High school graduate: 85 percent
- Some post-secondary education/ college: 75 percent
- University graduate: 73 percent
