Service Experience for Overall Client Journey

The above bar graph shows clients’ agreement with statements asked about their overall client journey. The results are as follows:

Regarding the statement “You are confident that any personal information you provided will remain confidential”, 62 percent strongly agree, 21 percent agree, 10 percent were neutral and 6 percent disagree/strongly disagree.
Regarding the statement “You were able to move smoothly through all of the steps related to your EI claim”, 45 percent strongly agree, 29 percent agree, 14 percent were neutral, 7 percent disagree and 4 percent strongly disagree.
Regarding the statement “It was clear what to do if problem/question”, 43 percent strongly agree, 27 percent agree, 16 percent were neutral, 7 percent disagree and 6 percent strongly disagree.
