Service Experience for Overall Client Journey
The above bar graph shows clients’ agreement with statements asked about their overall client journey. The results are as follows:
- Regarding the statement “You are confident that any personal information you provided will remain confidential”, 62 percent strongly agree, 21 percent agree, 10 percent were neutral and 6 percent disagree/strongly disagree.
- Regarding the statement “You were able to move smoothly through all of the steps related to your EI claim”, 45 percent strongly agree, 29 percent agree, 14 percent were neutral, 7 percent disagree and 4 percent strongly disagree.
- Regarding the statement “It was clear what to do if problem/question”, 43 percent strongly agree, 27 percent agree, 16 percent were neutral, 7 percent disagree and 6 percent strongly disagree.
