The above bar graph shows clients’ agreement with statements asked about their overall client journey. The results are as follows:
- Regarding the statement “Had to keep following up to get information”, 20 percent strongly agree, 17 percent agree, 17 percent were neutral, 13 percent disagree and 31 percent strongly disagree.
- Regarding the statement “Got bounced about from one person to another”, 13 percent strongly agree, 9 percent agree, 10 percent were neutral, 11 percent disagree and 52 percent strongly disagree.
