Regarding the statement “Understand next steps”, 89 percent said it was very easy or somewhat easy and 10 percent said it was somewhat difficult or very difficult.
Regarding the statement “Understand information in letter”, 94 percent said it was very easy or somewhat easy and 6 percent said it was somewhat difficult or very difficult.
Regarding the statement “Understand what information was missing”, 75 percent very easy or somewhat easy and 24 percent said it was somewhat difficult or very difficult.
