- Regarding the statement “Know what to do if you had a problem”, 68 percent said it was very easy or somewhat easy and 29 percent said it was somewhat difficult or very difficult.
- Regarding the statement “Submit missing information to Service Canada”, 71 percent said it was very easy or somewhat easy and 26 percent said it was somewhat difficult or very difficult.
- Regarding the statement “Get information on the application status”, 79 percent very easy or somewhat easy and 20 percent said it was somewhat difficult or very difficult.
