Number of Channels Used at Each Stage of Client Journey
The above bar graph shows the number of channels used at each stage of the client journey. The results are as follows:
- 1 Channel: 30 percent of clients used one channel when gathering information about EI, 30 percent used one channel when applying for EI and 25 percent used one channel when following up about their application.
- 2 Channels: 42 percent of clients used two channels when gathering information about EI, 42 percent used two channels when applying for EI and 44 percent used two channels when following up about their application.
- More than 2 Channels: 25 percent of clients used more than two channels when gathering information about EI, 25 percent used more than two channels when applying for EI and 31 percent used more than two channels when following up about their application.
