Foreword by Joost Boekhoven:
I find it hard to believe what I read. It's much easier to believe that it was all a nightmare caused by evil terrorists. My old world view was much more reassuring. We are good; they are bad. There are no multi-nationals and other ultra-rich people who influence governments and world events for their own heartless purposes. And most of all, we can trust our democratically elected leaders.
On the other hand, consider the following flow-chart (origin unknown):
Afterword:
This chart puts the blame for the terrorist attack and subsequent atrocities in Afghanistan on the US government. Some evidence, however, points at the people behind this and other governments: the multi-nationals and other rich people with the money and the power to make governments do their bidding, or to buy politicians.
It seems that sometimes politicians themselves are part of this ultra-rich elite, as has been suggested in earlier articles.
It is important not to condemn all politici, nor all big companies. Read the independent press/media to be better informed.
Read them with an open mind. These media don't need to deceive to protect their bosses. But be critical - the independent media sometimes suffer from over-zealousness.
