Roger Kemble was born July 4, 1929. Kingston-upon-Hull, Yorkshire, United Kingdom. He has been a resident of British Columbia since May 1951, a resident of Mexico City D. F. May 1997 – 8, a resident Nanaimo B.C. since September 1998 -.
