Strange Passing

Would you know me
If we passed by on the sidewalk
You know I exist
Flesh and blood given away
Without a glance
ahead
You must recall me
I am here
Would you feel my presence
And be aware
Of the chill up your spine
The deja vu
That is I
Do you see what I might be
In your dreams
And wonder if that is
Reality
I know you must wonder
From time to time if
I am here
Passed by, bumped on the busy street,
Brushed by an arm
A strange look from an empty soul
Would you know me
Would you want to
I am here
