Qualifications include a completed Ph.D, teaching experience and an ongoing programme of research in the area of Ancient Greek History. Preference will be given to candidates who specialize in the area of social history. The successful candidate will be expected to teach an upper level course in the history of ancient Athens, as well as language courses in Classical Greek and Latin. Salary is dependent upon qualifications and experience. The position is subject to budgetary approval.
