Completed PhD and teaching experience required. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Duties will be to teach, during the winter session of 1995-96, three full course equivalents in classical civilization and classical literature in translation as follows: a full year introductory survey in classical civilization, and four term courses from the following areas: ancient comedy, biography, literary epic, and possibly a language-based course on The Classical Element in English.
