Two Half-time Limited Term Appointments

The Department of Classics at Brock University invites applications for two half-time limited term appointments running from August 2000 through May 2001, subject to final budgetary approval. The teaching load for each appointment is four semester courses. These duties will however extend through ten months, being distributed as two semester courses each term.

The courses to be assigned include first-year Greek civilization, first-year Greek mythology, first- year and second-year Latin, second-year Greek, Greek literature in translation, Roman archaeology, Cypriot archaeology, and Near Eastern history and archaeology.

Applicants should send a letter and CV, and should arrange for at least two letters of reference to be sent, to:
