Replacing missing issues
Claims for missing issues must be made within 3 months of the date of publication to be honoured and replaced free of charge (subject to availability). Replacement copies of older issues, when available, must be prepaid at the single copy rates. Please submit claims, with a copy of your mailing label, to the address for correspondence listed above.
Single-copy sales
Single copies (subject to availability) may be purchased for $30CAN $30US. Please submit your order and payment to the Member Service Centre at the address for correspondence listed above.
All previously published volumes are also on microfiche. Current subscriptions are available on microfiche simultaneously with the paper edition and on microfilm from UMI (800 521-0600, toll free; 313 761-4700, collect from Alaska and Michigan; 800 343-5399, toll free from Canada) upon completion of the annual index at the end of the subscription year.
Abstracting and indexing
Clinical and Investigative Medicine appears in a number of indexing/abstracting services including Medlars, Index Medicus, Current Contents, Excerpta Medica and the Science Citation Index.
