Immunoblot analysis of the CENP-F fusion protein separated by 10% gel SDS-PAGE and probed using human sera with anti-CENP-F reactivity as determined by IIF. A normal human serum (NHS) is included as a control. Lanes numbered 1 to 25 correspond to the sera identified in an earlier study.11 Lanes i and ii are additional sera obtained for which no clinical information was available. Lanes 27 to 34 represent sera from the University of Calgary. All sera were diluted 1:1000. Molecular mass markers are shown on the left.
