In November, the Canadian Society for Clinical Pharmacology announced the names of more than 20 award winners. Heading the list were Dr. Thomas Wilson of the University of Saskatchewan, who was presented with the Senior Investigator Award, a biennial honour for outstanding administrative or educational contributions sponsored by Cyanamid Canada Inc., and Dr. Norman Campbell of the University of Calgary, who was presented with the Piafsky Young Investigator Award, an annual award for excellence in research that is sponsored by Bristol-Myers Squibb Pharmaceutical Group.
