In brief

An incident at a pay phone, where Dr. Jeffrey Nisker overhearda conversation between a man and his wife that pointed to spousal abuse, left him with several questions. Should he have acted, and said something to the man? If he had acted, would that have made things worse for the woman on the other end of the phone?
