Bethel Academy is a Kindergarten to Grade 9 school located in Victoria, Newfoundland. Enrollment is approximately 90 students and there are 6.5 teachers. All classes are multi-grade.
In Grade 5-6 there are 17 students - 9 in Grade 5 and 8 in Grade 6. Most of our students come from Victoria, but several come from nearby Carbonear.
Like all schools in Newfoundland, Bethel Academy is a denominational school. It comes under the jurisdiction of the Pentecostal Assemblies Board of Education located in Grand Falls-Windsor, Newfoundland.
I am the homeroom teacher for Grade 5-6, and I also teach most subjects in that class.
Our principal is Mr. Derek Hiscock.
Arthur Ford P.S. is a fantastic and safe school. Although our gym isn't as big as we wish, our yard and Nature Park make it a fun and exciting place to be. Ever so often, a problem occures, but hey, nobody's perfect!
There is a great amount of trust and satisfaction at Arthur Ford, for not only we do have a program called "Peer Mediation" but we also have incredible teachers that find the time to listen to the problems that arise in our yard.
I think we speak for most of the students and staff, when we say that Arthur Ford is a great school, we're very lucky to be here, and we have the utmost respect for it!

Niakwa Place School is a small school located in Southdale, a part of St. Boniface in Winnipeg, Manitoba, at 200 Pebble Beach Road. It has 300 students ranging from kindergarten to Grade 8. Its former name was Pebble Beach School.
This land was once called Niakwa and buffalo roamed here. So our school changed its name to Niakwa Place School.
Our school's sports teams (basketball, volleyball) are called the Panthers. Our school colours are blue and gray. Our motto is "A School of Champions."

Niakwa Place also has a variety of teachers and helpers who are all friendly and willing to help.
We think our school is a great place for learning and building education.

Range Lake North School is a wonderful 3 year old K-8 school located in Yellowknife, Northwest Territories. Our staff of 34 enjoys the company of nearly 340 energetic students who are actively involved in choir and band, programs such as peer helpers, reading circles, cheerleading, learning about technology in our technology and computer labs, sports, drama, and of course, academics.
If you come to visit us you will pass by an inukshuk located at our front entrance. The inukshuk is our school's symbol and "Rocky" is our inukshuk mascot.
If you can't visit us in person, visit us in cyberspace. You'll be glad you came!
Baie-Comeau high School is an English school serving the educational needs of students in kindergarten through to grade 11. Although its student population only numbers 120 and the school is located in a semi-isolated area, students and teachers are proud of their school and the various dynamic programmes offered to them. Electronic mail has been used in the school since 1992 when we became part of a Small Schools Telecommunications Network established by the Ministry of Education. Currently, teachers and students are involved in many pedagogically-related activities that cut across the curriculum.
Baie-Comeau itself is located on the north shore of the St. Lawrence River near the mouth of the Manicouagan River. It is situated 400 kilometres east of Québec City and 250 kilometres west of Sept Iles. The major industries in the town of 30,000 include Reynold's Aluminum, Hydro-Québec, pulp and paper and the port facilities.

We are from St. Angela School which has about 460 students. Our school is located in Saskatoon, Sask. Our class teacher is Mrs. Gerspacher. Mrs. "G" teaches 25 students and is a busy teacher. Our teacher - librarian is Mrs. Stakiw and she got us interested in this project. We have read many novels this year and our favorite so far is Hero of Lesser Causes by Julie Johnston. Our class is a bunch of friendly, active and fun 12 and 13 year olds. Our whole class enjoys reading good books and we know we are going to enjoy this project. We just received our first book so we will let you know soon what we think about it. Thanks for welcoming us aboard.
Riverdale Junior Secondary is a dual programme (English French Immersion) located in Whitehorse, Yukon. The school includes Grades 7, 8, and 9, with a total of 450 students. During the winter months, classes continued every day despite temperatures of -40 to -50C which lasted for several weeks.
Riverdale has excellent facilities available to all students: two gyms, a gymnastics facility, a very modern computer lab, an extensive library and research area, as well as wood and metal shops, home economics areas, and science labs.
The school year extends from the end of August until mid-June, when everyone takes a break to enjoy summer activities under the "midnight sun".
