excerpt: I wished for a unicorn. ![]() Kady MacDonald Denton succeeds again with her charming artwork. These pictures are done in crayon-like gouache which captures this magical world of imagination perfectly. The rhyming text trips off the tongue. Luckily this spirited tale arrived just in time for my preschool storytime on dogs. It was a big hit, resulting in lots of giggles and speculations about this barking unicorn. Highly recommended.
