Customized Program
You create a customized program specific to your personal, academic and career goals. You are encouraged to explore your options while completing the requirements for second year.
Study on or off campus
You decide the location that is right for you by choosing to take your courses on-campus, off-campus, or through Distance Education.
Study full-time or part-time
You decide the pace that is right for you by choosing to take your courses on a full-time or part-time basis. Striking a balance between school, work, and family obligation is an important part of the transition to university life.
Study day or night
You even decide the time of day you want to study. U1 courses are offered day and evening throughout the year.
Study at any age
U1 is for all ages whether you are attending university directly after high school or later in life. Typically, U1 students range in age from 17 to 65+.
Create your own community by joining a college
U1 students who want to be part of a smaller community while at university have the option of joining a college. A college can provide a “home base” where students can attend class, study, eat, socialize, and relax. Colleges also have generous scholarship and bursary programs for their members.
