Elvira
Martín Suárez is professor of vertebrate paleontology at the University of
Granada, Spain. After completing her study in Biology, she specialized in the
field of fossil vertebrates at the University of Lyon (France) and the National
Museum of Natural History, Leiden, the Netherlands. Her main scientific interest
are the fossil rodents from the Mio-Pliocene transition.
