Mark Callanan

Mark Callanan was born in 1979 in St. John's, Newfoundland. After completing a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature at the Memorial of University of Newfoundland, he lived and worked in Leeds, England for nearly two years. He has taught creative writing classes to young adults and is currently the regular book reviewer for the Newfoundland weekly paper, The Sunday Independent. He lives in St. John’s.
