Elizabeth Gourlay

Elizabeth Gourlay, a Life Member of the League of Canadian Poets, was born in Toronto in 1917. Her childhood was spent in St. Stephen, New Brunswick, on the St. Croix River. She has a B.A. and a B.L.S. from McGill University, and an M.A. in Creative Writing from the University of British Columbia. She is also a painter.
