Seth-Adrian Harris

Seth-Adrian Harris is a Jamaican-Canadian performance poet and award winning filmmaker whose work has been heard and seen at international venues across the globe. Seth-Adrian's work mingles in the melange of naked truths as they relate to his soul's journey. Bravo - the arts television station - calls his work "visceral manifestos of the Black experience." The Black Enterprise Network regards Seth-Adrian's work "as one of the most important works of art produced by a member of the black Canadian community."

Winner of The Vision Award For Best Direction Of A Videopoem at the 2002 International Vancouver Videopoem Festival, Seth-Adrian creates a Neo-Black Vision of diasporic communities through poetic cinema. International, visceral, cultural, and always personal, Seth-Adrian's poetry (in all its mediums) makes the ink stand up off the page, grabs you by the lapels, and tells it like it is - eye to eye, tongue to ear, and all the way through to wisdom.
