Robert Hawkes

Robert Hawkes was born on March 19, 1930, in Coal Creek, New Brunswick. After teaching in public schools and at the New Brunswick Teachers College, he became a member of the University of New Brunswick Faculty of Education in 1973, and retired in 1989. Now he is a University of New Brunswick Professor Emeritus.
