Brian Henderson

Brian Henderson is the author of 8 collections of poetry, including a deck of visual poem-cards. His work has appeared in many small magazines over the years, such as Arc, The Antigonish Review, The Canadian Forum, Canadian Literature, Descant, The Fiddlehead, Scrivener, Event, Prism and Rampike. He was a co-editor of Rune for its decade of existence. For most of his career he's worked in educational publishing, but in 1999 became the director of Wilfrid Laurier University Press. He has a PhD. from York University in Canadian Literature. He lives in Kitchener, Ontario, loves the garden, what light does to film, the woman who shines. He has two children by a former marriage.
