Nancy Holmes

Nancy Holmes writes poetry and short fiction and has published three collections of poetry, Valancy and the New World which won the Kalamalka National Poetry Competition, Down to the Golden Chersonese: Victorian Lady Travellers and mostly recently, The Adultery Poems.  She grew up in Edmonton and Toronto and went to university at the University of Calgary where she received an MA in English and Creative Writing.  She lives in Summerland, BC and teaches English at Okanagan University College in Penticton.  She has three teenage sons.
