Tonja Gunvaldsen Klaassen

Tonja Gunvaldsen Klaassen was born in Saskatoon and grew up on the prairies. Her poems and stories have been published in several Canadian journals and anthologies. She won an inaugural John V. Hicks manuscript prize for her second collection of poetry, Šr, due out with Brick Books in Spring 2003. She recently moved to Halifax with her husband James and their two small boys.
