Yvonne Trainer
Yvonne Trainer has published one chapbook and four
collections of poetry. As well, she has published in literary journals
thoughtout the country and given hundreds of oral poetry readings. She
holds a BASC in English, an MA in English/Creative writing and a
PhD/ABD
(to be completed in 2004) in 20th Century Literature with a two-year
special topics area in Literature and Medicine. She is presently living
in
Edmonton. She was a recent Poet/Guest Speaker/Panelist for the Alden
Nowlan Poetry Festival, honoring the "Life and Work of (Poet) Robert
Gibbs"
in Fredericton, N.B. at St. Thomas University.
