Departmental Actions to respond to the Red Tape Reduction Commission's Recommendations Report Page
In response to Recommendations of the Red Tape Reduction Commission, Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) is reducing red tape in supplying professional services.
A national procurement strategy was developed in 2011, in consultation with industry and stakeholders, to improve coordination of practices and business rules related to the use of professional services within the federal government.
