Effective January 14, 2014, the permanent refresh solicitations for both Temporary Help Services (THS) in the National Capital Area (NCA): Request for Supply Arrangement (RFSA) and Request for Standing Offer (RFSO) are posted on PWGSC BuyandSell/Tenders:

• THS RFSA solicitation posted under EN578-060502/I - Reference no: PW-$$ZN-004-26794
• THS RFSO solicitation posted under E60ZN-110002/F - Reference no:  PW-$$ZN-002-26793

Suppliers / Offerors can view both solicitations currently available on the Government Electronic Tendering System (GETS), under the solicitation numbers EN578-060502/I and E60ZN-110002/F. Suppliers / Offerors can submit bids / offers in accordance with the Quarterly Refresh Cycle as follows:
