October 2017: Changes to the Standing offer and Supply Arrangement October 31 expiry
As a current federal government user of Temporary Help Services (THS) in the National Capital Region (NCR), you are receiving this notice to inform you of important changes to the THS Standing Offer (SO) and Supply Arrangement (SA) for the NCR will take effect in October 2017.
The end date of the THS SO and SA has been extended to April 30, 2018 to provide service continuity and sufficient time to develop and implement a new THS Procurement Strategy.
In addition, the following changes have been made:
- Minor administrative changes (for example, update Standard Acquisition Clauses and Conditions (SACC) Manual references and Standing Offer Authority)
The current Standing Offer and Supply Arrangement published on the Temporary Help Services website will be updated to incorporate the new terms and end date.
