Refresh period 1 will close to bidding on September 29, 2017. Refresh periods allow new suppliers to bid for a task-based or solutions-based supply arrangement, or for existing suppliers to bid for additional streams, categories or regions to supply arrangements they already have.
May 16, 2017

The results of TSPS’s 2016 re-competition were awarded on May 16, 2017. New TSPS standing offers and supply arrangements were issued to suppliers and activated in the Centralized Professional Services ePortal effective as of the same date.

All previous TSPS Supply Arrangements and Standing Offers awarded under series numbers E60ZN-15TSPS, E60ZN-15TSSB, and E60ZN-15TSSO have now been set aside.

February 17, 2017

As the evaluation of 2016 re-competition may take longer than its current March 31, 2017 deadline, amendments to all existing supply arrangements and standing offers have been issued, extending them for a period of three additional months, until June 30, 2017.

Please note that it is possible that TSPS will award the 2016 re-competition results prior to June 30, 2017. In this case, Canada will set aside the extensions as of that date. 

November 2, 2016

The solicitation documents for the 2016 re-competition of the TSPS method of supply were posted on the Buyandsell.gc.ca website on November 2, 2016: E60ZT-16TSPS/B (Task-Based) and E60ZT-16TSSB/B (Solutions-Based).

September 22, 2016

Two Requests for Information (RFI’s) to industry regarding the 2016 re-competition of the Task and Solutions-Based Professional Services method of supply were posted on the Buyandsell.gc.ca website on September 22, 2016: E60ZT-16TSSB/A PW-$$ZT-016-30480 and E60ZT-16TSPS/A PW-$$ZT-015-30479.

Amendments to all existing Supply Arrangements and Standing Offers were issued, extending them for a period of three months in order to accommodate the new solicitation schedule.

June 24, 2015

Identified Users of TSPS are required to use the new Availability Confirmation Form (ACF) when inviting Offerors to submit a response under the TSPS Standing Offer (SO). The ACF can be found on the GCPedia web page. No other version of the form may be used under the SO.

Please note:

  1. Additional mandatory criteria cannot be added to the requirement.
  2. Resumes of the proposed resources are not to be submitted with the Offerors' responses. The information for evaluation submitted by the Offerors will be contained within the ACF.
June 24, 2015

PWGSC is pleased to inform that the resulting TSPS Standing Offers and Supply Arrangements were issued to suppliers and activated in the Centralized Professional Services ePortal effective June 24, 2015

All previous TSPS Supply Arrangements and Standing Offers awarded under series numbers E60ZN-13TSPS, E60ZN-13TSSB, E60ZN-110001, E60ZN-09002, and E60ZN-09003 have now been set aside and are no longer to be used or accessible through CPSS.
April 15, 2013 A Data Collection component is launched in the Supplier Module. Suppliers (existing and new), are able to login/enroll at any time and be in a “ready” state to respond to upcoming renewals of professional services’ methods of supply.
