Federal Department Authorized Users - Individual User Agreements

In order to use the Learning Services Supply Arrangement, Client Departments must have signed either a Master Level User Agreement or an Individual User Agreement for the specific Method of Supply.

In order to use the Supply Arrangement, Client Departments that do not have a signed User Agreement must send their requirement to PWGSC (HQ) or to their local PWGSC (Regional Office).

The following table illustrates the Authorized Client Departments who have a signed User Agreement for the Learning Services SA, the Authorized Contracting Limit and the date the User Agreement became effective:
