Client service
The service standards and targets in Our Services, Standards and Results 2017 to 2018 represent an important part of our department's strategy to improve the quality of services and strengthen the partnerships we have established with our clients. These standards complement other initiatives that Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) is pursuing such as:
- departmental service agreements established between PSPC and client departments and agencies
- client satisfaction tools
- easily accessible service channels
- integrated client engagement, for instance through networking opportunities such as PSPC Services Forums
- a client service culture, reinforced through the Client Service Competency which is applicable to all employees
