Public Consultations and Services Advisory Board

Introduction

Welcome!

Library and Archives Canada (LAC) seeks to make Canada's documentary heritage accessible to all Canadians, as well as to anyone interested in Canada. As a national knowledge institution, LAC makes a continuing effort to communicate with clients about its services and to provide them opportunities to give feedback on the types of services LAC should offer and how these services should be delivered.

In support of its commitment to service innovation, LAC has launched a new and continuing public consultation on client services. These consultations will take a variety of forms - from public meetings to opportunities to post feedback and ideas or to ask questions via LAC's website, by mail or by telephone.

The LAC website will also provide information on LAC's public consultations and on a related initiative, the LAC Services Advisory Board, which has been established to provide a forum to engage representatives of its client communities.

Your input is important to us. We want to know how we can serve you better and make changes and improvements to ensure that LAC's unique resources can be fully shared with all who want to use its services.
