Library and Archives Canada maintains CBEC-CCEL as an electronic forum to facilitate the exchange of surplus publications within Canadian libraries and allied communities.

The CBEC listserv (CBEC-CCEL@listserv.lac-bac.gc.ca) may be used to share lists of surplus publications or to indicate "want lists". Messages can be posted in English or in French.
