Brief Description of Professional Services
- Commissionaire Services
This supply arrangement is used for the delivery of various informatics security services required on an "as and when requested" basis to any department or organization to which PWGSC is authorized to provide services.
- Cyber Protection Supply Arrangement (CPSA)
This supply arrangement is used for the delivery of various informatics security services required on an "as and when requested" basis to any department or organization to which PWGSC is authorized to provide services.
- Learning Services
The Learning Services method of supply offers both a Standing Offer and Supply Arrangement to create, update or convert government owned training courses including training material. It is a government-wide procurement vehicle designed to offer Federal Departments access to pre-qualified Suppliers who can offer these services.
- Official Languages Training Services of Canada
Official languages training services, including standing offers and supply arrangement are procurement tools across federal government designed to provide access to qualified or pre-qualified suppliers who provide official languages training services to federal government employees. Standing Offers for full-time and part-time second language training are currently under development for the National Capital Region (NCR). The target date is March 31, 2013. The national wide Supply Arrangement will be ready to be used at the end of 2013.
- Professional Audit Support Services Supply Arrangement (PASS-SA)
The Professional Audit Support Services Supply Arrangement (PASS-SA) is a federal government-wide mandatory procurement tool for the provision of professional services required to meet obligations set by two Treasury Board policies.
- Professional Services Online (PS online)
PS Online is an electronic procurement tool that assists federal departments in the procurement of professional services below the NAFTA threshold. Government departments can use this interactive website to search for suppliers of professional services.
- SELECT
SELECT is a database of approved suppliers providing construction, architectural and engineering services as well as related maintenance and consulting services. It is used by PWGSC to invite firms to bid on Real Property opportunities for Consulting up to $76,500 and Construction up to $100,000.
- Solutions-Based Informatics Professional Services (SBIPS)
SBIPS is a method of supply comprising of services and, in certain situations, essential goods, whereby a supplier defines and provides a complete operational solution to a requirement, manages the overall project and accepts responsibility for the outcome.
- Task and Solutions Professional Services (TSPS)
The Task and Solutions Professional Services (TSPS) is for the provision of Non-Informatics Professional Services, both task and solutions based. They will cover three core areas of expertise, Human Resources Services, Business Consulting/Change Management and Project Management Services, which are commonly and nationally used.
- Task Based Informatics Professional Services (TBIPS)
Task-Based Informatics Professional Services (TBIPS) is a vehicle for the provision of services to address specific Information Technology needs of government departments and organizations.
- Technical, Engineering and Maintenance Services Supply Arrangement (TEMS SA)
The Technical, Engineering and Maintenance Services (TEMS) Supply Arrangement is a government-wide procurement vehicle for the delivery of various technical professional services required on an "as and when requested" basis to any department, board, or agency of the Government of Canada (GC) or crown corporation.
- Temporary Help Services (THS) for the NCA
The THS On-Line System is a tool to assist federal departments in their procurement of temporary help services up to $400,000 (which includes all subsequent amendments, travel/living expenses, overtime and GST/HST) or 48 consecutive weeks, whichever comes first.
