UPDATE: 2017 Learning Services Method of Supply Re-Competition EN60ZH-1700LS/B

Public Services and Procurement Canada would like to inform you that the current Learning Services Method of Supply EN60ZH-070003 is expiring at the end of May 2017. Public Services and Procurement Canada is in the process of finalizing the evaluation of the bids received. New Standing Offers (SO) and Supply Arrangements (SA) will be awarded to pre-qualified suppliers prior to May 31, 2017.

As of June 1, 2017, a new list of suppliers for SAs and SOs will be active in the Centralized Professional Services System (CPSS) for learning services related to government owned course.

Note: Changes have been made to the streams and categories of the Learning Services Method of Supply. Therefore, prior to defining your requirements or finalizing your current documents, we invite you to review Annex A - Learning Services Streams and Categories of the recently published Request for SO/SA on the BuyandSell website. Please ensure that your requirements are in accordance with the new streams and categories.

The new streams are the following:

• Stream 1 - Strategic Learning Advisory Services;
• Stream 2 - Instructional Design and Development Services;
• Stream 3 - Custom and Rapid eLearning Product Programming;
• Stream 4 - Multi-Media Design and Development;
• Stream 5 - Training Delivery;
• Stream 6 - Training Evaluation Services;
• Stream 7 - Project Management;

Qualification opportunities will be available in accordance with the schedule posted on the Solicitation Dashboard.

Overview

The Learning Services method of supply (including both a Standing Offer and Supply Arrangement) is a government-wide procurement vehicle designed to provide access to pre-qualified Suppliers who can:

• create, update or convert government owned training courses including training material for:
  • Traditional Classroom based training;
  • ELearning / on-line training; and/or
  • Blended Learning
• Deliver government owned training
