Deliverables

Each of the nine National Project Management System (NPMS) phases requires a specific deliverable to be completed in order to move on to the next phase. These deliverables are to be approved at the appropriate control point referenced in the NPMS model. Control point approval bodies are defined in the NPMS Procedures.

For each of the following NPMS deliverables and outputs, a guideline and template is provided:

• Statement of Requirements
• Project Plan
• Feasibility Report
• Approval Documents (Investment Analysis Report, Treasury Board Submission)
• Project Complexity and Risk Assessment
• Project Charter
• Identification Close Out Document
• OGD Client Acceptance Letter
• Close Out Document
