How to renew
The Contract Security Program will contact your organization when its clearance is due for renewal.
Organization clearances may be cancelled if they are not renewed as requested by the program.
The program will send you an application for registration to renew your organization’s security clearance or safeguarding capabilities.
You will be required to submit documentation to support any changes reported on the application for registration. For example, if your organization has a new company security officer (CSO) you will need to submit new company security officer security appointment and acknowledgement and undertaking forms.
These documents must be sent to the Contract Security Program in hard copy, by mail, email, fax, or courier, by the date specified in your renewal request.
