Aircraft movement statistics: Small airports

The number of take-offs and landings at the 117 airports without air traffic control towers reached 33,165 movements in February, down 9.5% compared with the 36,655 take-offs and landings for the 117 airports reported in February 2008. Goose Bay, Newfoundland and Labrador, was the most active site in February with 1,815 movements.
