Starting with the question "Where does snow go?" Patrick Evans explores what happens to snow when it is cleared away in the real world, and also in his own imaginary world of "anything is possible." A small picture book of less than 700 words, this fantastic tale will appeal to today's environmentally conscious grade schoolers, especially those who are keen to come up with alternative ways of recycling to save the planet. Simple drawings mixed with photographs provide intriguing images that add to the surreal quality of the narrative. Provides a great jumping-off point for class discussions.
