Gérard Frischeteau's computer graphics convey many visual details that complement the documentary style of this book. The Travel Diary section provides useful information on Inuit dwellings, boats, tools, hunting, and diet. The book retells the legend of the « woman that changed into a she-wolf » translated from the Inuktitut. The Safari Histoire series leads us on a discovery of cultures and traditions the world over.
