Editor's confession

June 24, 2004

The offending comments have been removed from The Danforth Review website.  This is not a battle I personally want to be involved in right now. I don't have the emotional resources for it. I would like people to talk civilly to each other, and I apologize again where I have failed to encourage dialogue of that sort.

Finally, I would like to add that I believe that Neilson has a point about rob mclennan's poetry that he could articulate in more comprehensive terms, if he had been more strenuously challenged by his editor, and perhaps he will do so in another forum.
